Candy Buffet
At my wedding, we decided to have a candy buffet. My husband is a huge candy lover, so it seemed very fitting. Below you'll find all the items I used, where I found them, and the final product. Enjoy!
Items
Candy Dishes - I found these at Party City. I purchased four sizes in two styles: Clear Cylinder 6 inch, Clear Cylinder 7 inch, Clear Trifle 6 inch, Clear Trifle 7 1/2 inch.
Candy Bags - I purchased our bags at Walmart. We bought the clear cellophane bags.
Ribbon - We had two kinds of ribbon. One ribbon was used to wrap around the candy dishes. This ribbon was small, simple, and white. I believe I bought it from Hobby Lobby. The second ribbon was used for guests to tie their candy bag closed. We purchased it from The Knot and had it personalized with our names and wedding date.
Jars - We purchased jars to hold the bags and ribbon for guests. I can't exactly remember where I purchased them but some similar can be found at Hobby Lobby.
Picture Frames - We purchased two pink pictures frames to display on the table with the saying "Grab a bag and help yourself to the Candy Buffet. It's our way of saying Thank You for sharing in our special day!" I found them at Hobby Lobby.
Labels - I purchased labels at Walmart and made them myself. The labels for the candy simply displayed the candy name. The labels for the bag had a monogramed "P" along with our wedding date.
Candy - We had a variety of candy. We purchased the candy from a few places. I purchased the Peanut M&Ms from Costco. We also had Starburst, runts, lemon heads, and candy blox. Those were all purchased from Amazon. Lastly, we had personalized Hershey Kisses. Those were purchased from The Knot.
Table Decor - Since we had a beach wedding, I found some netting to use as a table cover. I also placed my toss bouquet on the table along with some engagement pictures.
I practiced the layout numerous times at home.
Below is the final layout!
