Ingredients
- 1 package of lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of lemon extract
- 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a bowl, add lemon cake mix
3. Add lemon extract
4. Add vegetable oil
5. Add eggs
6. Mix together well
7. Once mixed, get a separate bowl and add the powdered sugar
8. Now take teaspoon size drops of the dough and place it in the powdered sugar
9. Roll the dough in the powdered sugar until covered
10. Place on a cookie sheet
11. Repeat until the cookie sheet is full
12. Bake 10-12 minutes and serve! The recipe makes approximately 50 cookies.
