Baked Lemon Fish

Ingredients

  • Filet of fish, we use tilapia
  • 1 Lemon per fish  
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven at 400

2. Slice lemons

3. Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil for each piece of fish

4. Place fish on aluminum foil

5. Cover fish with lemon pepper seasoning

6. Squeeze the juice of 4-5 slices of lemons on to the fish; also place the slice of lemon underneath and on top of fish

7. Pull together the aluminum foil to make a "tent" for the fish; place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes

You can serve in the aluminum foil or outside; I prefer outside while Brad prefers to leave it inside with all the lemon juices
