Hamburger Steaks
Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- About 1/4 cup of Dale's seasoning
- About 1/3 of a medium onion
Instructions
1. Place beef in a glass container and add Dale's seasoning.
2. Mix together and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. If you think it needs more Dale's add it. I just pour until it mixes well but not dripping off the beef.
3. While beef is marinating, slice the onion.
4. After 15 minutes, remove the beef and make into patties. I like mine in small patties but the choice is yours.
5. Place small holes in the center of each patty. This helps the cooking process but is optional.
6. Place directly in a skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Add onions
8. Flip when necessary and remove when it is prepared the way you like. I prefer mine well done and crispy. You also want your onions nice and soft.
