Iced Coffee
We are currently obsessed with iced coffee. So it was only natural that I formulate a recipe for us to use. I have a Keurig and we like our coffee sweet and creamy.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Coffee
- 1/4 Cup of Sugar
- 3/4 Cup of Half and Half
Instructions
1. Pour the sugar in a small pitcher.
2. Pour the two cups of coffee in the pitcher ... I used Donut Shop Keurig Coffee. I actually prefer Seattle's Best, but any coffee that you like will be best.
3. Add half and half
4. Mix together ... my pitcher has a secured lid, so I mix by shaking the pitcher, but a spoon will be sufficient
5. Fill your cup with ice and serve! Sometimes I leave it in the refrigerator overnight for us to have for breakfast or put in a mug to have as an afternoon pick me up!
