Parsley Lemon Butter
While at Disney in February, I had an amazing steak at Chefs de France. It was cooked perfectly and topped with a lemon and parsley butter sauce. Man it was great. So when we cooked steak again back home, I decided to make my own. I actually keep meaning to make it for other dishes and always forget. The key is to make sure your butter is soft!
Ingredients (this makes approximately 2 servings)
2 tablespoons of softened butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of parsley (I used dried, use 1 tablespoon if using fresh)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl, and mix them together.
2. Serve! I served it soft since it was on a steak, but you could refrigerate this and serve it with bread too.
