Honey Ginger Salmon
This salmon has become a favorite of mine. It is so quick and easy, I have found myself making it for lunch and throwing it on top of a salad. I buy frozen salmon and just thaw it when I need it. It is also a great recipe in terms of Noom.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Spray a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper the salmon, add salmon to pan and cook into done to your likeness.
2. While salmon cooks, mix together the ginger and honey.
3. Plate salmon, then brush the top with the ginger-honey mixture. Serve!
