I have been looking online for new recipes to try.  We really like casseroles that are easy on weeknights.  I look a lot on Pinterest (even though Brad hates it!).  So I found this easy recipe for Frito Pie.  Below is the recipe with my pictures, but I also have a recommendation at the end!
