Easter Bunny Pancakes
I saw a picture of these cute Easter bunny pancakes online a few weeks ago, and I decided to try making them myself! I used our trusty old Bisquick pancake recipe and our pancake pen to make the perfect shapes!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Bisquick
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 2 Eggs
- Chocolate Chips (8 morsels per bunny)
- Banana (2 slices per bunny)
- Coconut (About 1 tablespoon per bunny)
Instructions
One: Slice the banana
Two: While the griddle is preheating, mix Bisquick, eggs, and milk until there are no lumps
Three: Pour mixture into a pancake pen
Four: Draw the shapes of the bunny on the griddle:
- 2 small triangle shapes for ears
- 1 round shape for body
- 1 smaller round shape for head
- 2 oval shapes for feet
Five: Once cooked, remove onto a plate for organizing
The ears go first...
Then the head...
Then the body...
Then the feet...
Six: Now add a slice of banana on each foot as the heel
Seven: Add four chocolate morsels on each foot as the toes
Eight: Lastly add some coconut on the body portion of the bunny as a tail. Don't like coconut? Add a marshmallow instead!
