Spring Wreath
Items Needed
- Wreath
- Fake Flower Stems
- Large Wired Ribbon
- Wire (not pictured)
Instructions
1. Start by deciding the order you want to apply the stems. I like symmetry, so I bought two of each stem and did one on each side.
2. Cut the stem to the length you need. You don't want it super long, but you want it long enough to secure it within the wreath.
3. Attach to the wreath by sliding the stem through the wreath. Continue this with each stem. I do one side at a time, but you could do one stem on each side at a time. Be sure to leave room for the ribbon in the center. You can secure with hot glue if necessary.
4. Now make a bow with the ribbon.
a. Fold the ribbon into a rectangle, pull together in the center, and secure with wire.
b. Do a second piece the same way, but shorter
c. Place the smaller piece on top of the bigger piece and tie another piece of the ribbon around it.
d. Slide a piece of wire in the back of the ribbon
5. Tie the ribbon onto the wreath
