Fried Squash

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 cups of flour
  •  Vegetable Oil
  • Β·Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1.     Wash and slice the squash; Pat dry

2. Pour enough vegetable oil in a frying pan to fill the bottom completely over medium heat

3. Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper

4. Place the eggs in a bowl

5. Cover the squash with the flour

6. Set up an assembly line of the squash, egg, then the flour.

7. Dip the squash in the egg bowl

8. Dip in the flour again

9. Place in the hot oil

image.jpg

10. Flip after about a minute or two

11. Then place on a paper towel lined plate after another minute or two or until crispy
