Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 30 oz. bag of southern style frozen hash browns (the cubes)
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 a cup of onions
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- optional toppings-we use salt, pepper, bacon, and cheese
Instructions
1. Pour the entire bag of potatoes into your crock pot
2. Add onions
3. Add cream of chicken soup
4. Add chicken broth
5. Mix together and cook on low for 4 1/2 hours.
6. Add the cream cheese (in cubes) after 4 1/2 hours
7. Stir together and let cook for an additional 30 minutes on low
8. Serve!
