Current Binge Watching Shows
1. Baby Daddy - I started watching a few episodes of Baby Daddy prior to Melody's arrival. I would just watch it when Brad was programming in his office. Since having Melody, it was a great show to have on when I did her feedings in the middle of the night. It is a 20-ish minute show that is super cute but doesn't require a whole lot of attention when watching. It's a show about a 20-something year old bachelor in New York who finds out he has a daughter when she appears on his doorstep as a baby. The mother does not want anything to do with her, so he is left raising her, but he has the help of his friends and mother. The show is really cute.
2. Silicon Valley - Brad and I started Silicon Valley after Melody was born. Brad had already seen Seasons 1 and 2, and he thought it would be a show I would like (he was right). It was an easy show to watch at night and in between feedings during the day since the episodes are short. It's about a group of programmers who are trying to start their own tech company.
3. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt - I am only two or three episodes into Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, but it is another cute, short show. I am not sure if you can pick up on the trend, but short shows are what is best for us with a newborn! I started this after I finished all of the episodes of Baby Daddy on Netflix. It is a pretty funny show about a girl that moves to New York after being held captive for years and not being part of the outside world.
4. Reba - I am not totally binge watching Reba, but it is a show I catch myself watching most days, a couple of times a day. It comes on CMT and Freeform everyday. Usually if it is on TV, I have it on my TV. I have seen most episodes, so I don't have to be entirely focused to know what is going on. It is another easy show to watch while I am home with Melody.
5. Gilmore Girls - Just like Reba, I simply watch this whenever it is on TV (which is also often). Gilmore Girls comes on in the morning on Freeform. Reba follows it. Then in the afternoon, it is on UP.
