DIY Headband Holder

DIY Headband Holder

Melody has a TON of headbands.  When we first found out we were having a girl, all I could think about was how I wanted cute headbands.  I bought quite a few myself, but my cousin gave me a bunch of hand-me-downs too from her little girl.  So I needed a way to store all these cute headbands.  Check out what I did below!

Items Needed

  • Colored Duct Tape (I prefer a solid color so that patterns do not have to be lined up)
  • Scissors
  • Old Formula Canister (or any canister that is large enough for the headbands)

Instructions

1. Cut the duct tape the length needed so that it will go all the way around the canister.

2. Starting at the bottom of the canister, evenly apply it to the canister leaving enough over at the bottom so that you can fold it over

3. Continue applying duct tape to the canister until you apply it all over

4. Apply the lid (I did not tape the lid, but you could if you wanted)

5. All done!  Add all your headbands!

Extra - For Melody's bows, I got this cute picture holder from Target for $3.  I used it for my best friends baby shower, and I thought it would be great to also hold bows.  Just an extra idea :)
