Baby Shower Napkin Rings
For my best friend's baby shower, I wanted to do something with the utensils and napkins to make it easier for guests when they are getting their plates. I decided to make napkin rings so that everything was easy to pick up all at once. Check it out below!
1. Since the theme was elephants, I purchased an elephant punch from Amazon. You can really use any shape you want for the theme. Just make sure it is smaller than the circle punches we will use later. I used cardstock in different patterned gray paper.
2. I used a circle and scallop punch as well. The 1.5 inch circle punch was used on white cardstock. While the 2 inch scallop punch was used on pink cardstock.
3. I used a super tiny hole punch that I bought from Hobby Lobby to punch two holes in the 2 inch scallop paper.
4. Next I used double-sided tape to attach the elephants to the white circles.
5. I cut pieces of pink yarn and ran it through the two small holes in the pink scallop paper.
6. Next I used double sided tape to attach the white circle to the pink scallop. Be sure you attach it on the side where the string is through leaving the ends of the string exposed on the opposite side.
7. Now take the dinner napkins and place the utensils on top of it. Wrap the utensils as I did below, then tie the yarn around to secure it. Be sure and cut off the excess yarn.
8. Now find a cute basket to place them all in and you're ready to go!!
