Cookie Dough Dip Recipe
I made this dip for New Year's Eve and thought I would share it. It was super delicious, but it is very rich! I found this recipe on the Delish website. I changed up a few things below, but it pretty close to theirs! See below for my version:
Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- Clear sprinkles
- Nilla Wafers
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl.
2. Add brown sugar and vanilla and mix together (it's safe to lick the mixer at this point, you are done with it!)
3. Mix in the chocolate chips with a spoon or spatula.
4. Pour the mixture onto plastic wrap and cover. Shape the mixture into a ball. Refrigerate for a few hours, until firm. I let mine refrigerate overnight. I also reshaped it numerous times.
5. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle the clear sprinkles over it. Then add the Nilla Wafers around it.
