Boiled Eggs
So I love boiled eggs. I like them alone, in salads, to make different salads, to make deviled eggs, etc. But I despise cooking and peeling them. They are always slightly undercooked and impossible to peel. Well I did some research, then I combined a few methods online until I found something that worked for me.
1. Put the eggs in a pot of cold water.
2. Pour about a tablespoon of vinegar into the pot.
3. Bring the water to a boil and let continue to boil for about 10 minutes.
4. Make a bowl of ice water, and place the eggs into the bowl for about 5 minutes.
5. Then peel.
6. And they are perfectly cooked and perfectly peeled!
