Garlic Butter Salmon
I haven’t made salmon in quite awhile, but we were wanting something other than tilapia. So I looked and found a new recipe to try along with it. See it below.
Ingredients
Salmon
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cloves of minced garlic
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, garlic, and melted butter.
2. On a baking sheet, place the salmon in a piece of foil large enough to cover it. Pour the butter mixture over the salmon. Season with the salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper. Then fold up the foil. Bake on 375 for 15 minutes, then open the foil and broil for 3 minutes.
3. Serve!
