Cheesecake Balls
I sort of came up with this recipe on my own. I wanted some easy cheesecake, so I researched some different quick cheesecake recipes. That is when I ran across cheesecake balls. I couldn't find a recipe I loved, so I combined a few to get what I wanted. Check it out below!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup vanilla wafers
- about 6 almond bark squares, I used vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix together softened cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla
2. Slowly add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time; mix between each cup
3. Crush vanilla wafers and mix into mixture with a spoon
4. Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
5. Refrigerate for about an hour, or freeze for about 15 minutes; you want them to be firm
6. Melt almond bark per the package's instructions
7. Dip the cheesecake balls into the melted almond bark; I used a toothpick to help with the dipping process
8. Place back on cookie sheet until the almond bark cools
9. Serve [or store in refrigerator]
