Mini Burger Appetizers
I made these appetizers for the Super Bowl earlier this year. I found the recipe on Pinterest, but like with most recipes, I didn't follow it exactly. Since it was just Brad and me, I didn't make them super pretty either. But you could easily add some cute, decorative toothpicks to make them prettier and more festive.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- toppings and dipping sauces, if desired [we served as is]
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients above (except any toppings or dipping sauces).
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Roll mixture above into tablespoon size balls and place in the skillet.
3. Cook on all sides until cooked to your liking.
4. Serve immediately with any extra toppings or dipping sauces!
