Disney Mobile Ordering

When we went to Disney back in September, I used Disney Mobile Ordering for the first time. I haven’t had a need for it honestly. On our trips prior to this one, we always had the dining plan, and they were not accepting the dining plan as a form of payment on those trips. Dining plans are accepted now, and we happened to be using a credit card on this trip anyhow.

We decided to use it after dinner at Teppan Edo. Melody was hungry and refused to eat anything there. We wanted to order french fries from Liberty Inn. Since it was dinner time, I wasn’t sure how the lines might be. Honestly we have never eaten there before. So I ordered while we were paying at Teppan Edo.

Then I let the app know when I was there so that they could prepare my order.

Then I went to the Mobile Order pickup and got Melody her fries.

So overall, using Mobile Ordering actually took longer than had I waited in the line. There was literally no one in line, but for whatever reason, it took them forever to make the fries. I was the only person in the mobile order line, and I think they honestly didn’t look down there. However, I have heard of this process being SUPER beneficial at many places. I have read where the lines are out the door for some quick service locations, yet the mobile order line had two people in it. I am certain I will use Mobile Order again with the dining plan being available on it. It is super easy (assuming the app cooperates), and it can save you time in most cases.
