Brown Butter Chicken

So I based this recipe on one that a fellow instagrammer (@xoashleyvictoria) posted in her stories a while back. It is fairly healthy, and it is really yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes

  • 3-4 tablespoons of butter

  • 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • rice

Instructions

1. In a skillet, melt the butter. Add the chicken. Season with salt and upper. And also add the lemon juice.

2. Cook for 15 minutes or so or until the chicken is ready. Cook rice as chicken cooks.

3. Serve!
