September Fun
September has been busy! It is our first FULL month of school, dance, and occupational therapy! We have done some projects around the house, we traveled to see my niece’s baptism, and college football finally started in the SEC. Overall it has been a productive and fun month!
Like all months prior, a lot of video gaming has happened. While I don’t have a picture of it, Melody has ventured beyond Animal Crossing and Paw Patrol. She loves Mario Kart, and she even started a few other games with Brad. Oh, and naps are a required part of her gaming experience.
We spent some time outside. Melody helped Brad mow the yard. We had our last pool day earlier in the month. And we have been going for a few more walks now that the weather is cooler.
We celebrated Labor Day with lots of yummy food and awkward naps.
Melody participated in her last Patriotic Parade at school.
Lots of singing and jumping on the bed in pjs.
We got to visit with our Memphis family.
Melody is still loving Cosmic Kids Yoga.
We decorated for Halloween, and Melody loves all of the spooky toys that make noise.
Brad got a new office chair since he is working from home for the foreseeable future. Melody loves it and wants it for herself.
Melody used her allowance to buy “roller skates”. Apparently she saw Goofy wear them on an episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and she has wanted them since. I really hoped she forget, but she hasn’t. She has done very good so far.
Slumber parties in mommy and dada’s bed are the best and comfiest.
We spend a lot of time in carlines.
And Alabama finally started playing football again! I was so excited to get to sit on our back porch and watch the game!
And Melody is just too darn cute!
