Homemade Tortilla Chips
When I first started Noom, I was trying to find an alternative to potato chips. I love them. They were a go to snack for me. Since I have been on Noom for about 5 weeks, my desire isn’t as strong for chips. However, I did find an alternative that is “green” on their scale. I now make my own tortilla chips. This is great since salsa too is green. Everyone that tries them love them too. Even if you are not doing Noom, they are a great alternative to traditional tortilla chips.
Ingredients
Joseph’s Lavash Bread
Spray Oil
Salt
Instructions
1. Lay the bread onto a cutting board. Light spray with oil and sprinkle with salt. Spread with a basting brush.
2. Cut into strips. I first cut into quarters, then into strips. Place one quarter into the air fryer at 400. After about 2-3 minutes, toss. Cook again until crispy (around 2-3 more minutes)
3. Serve!
