Christmas Tree Ice Cream Cones
While in Food Therapy last week, our therapist suggested we make Christmas tree ice cream cones as a sort of food play. Melody hates getting things on her fingers, so it will help with her playing with the icing. I made one too, and we will probably make more this week. They turned out cute, so I thought I would share.
Making these are super easy. All you need are some sugar ice cream cones, icing, and toppings. I bought green icing so I didn’t have to mix any up. Candy wise I bought pepper mints, jelly beans, sour gummy worms, and sprinkles.
We used knifes to apply the icing, then we stuck on the candies. I found if I added a little bit of icing to each piece of candy, it held better.
Super easy, super cute, and super fun!
