Deep Freezer Organization

We got a deep freezer for Christmas a few years back, and I knew I needed to find a good way to organize it. I have shown how I organized my freezer before, but with the new deep freezer, I wanted a different system. 

So I used some of the same bins I had before to keep things grouped together. I tried to maximize the space as best as possible.

Then I used some magnets instead of a larger board to help me keep track of what is where. I found the magnets on Amazon. I originally tried to group the colors with the type of food (casserole, raw meat, vegetables, etc.), but that did not last long term. I placed the magnets on the side of the fridge (the side I could see from our door) in the order that they were on the shelves.

Now I can easily open the garage door from our house and see exactly what is in the freezer! I try and only keep immediately needed items in our refrigerator freezer.
