I love that this cheesecake is a no bake recipe, and in most cases, I usually have all of the ingredients on hand. So that means this is a super easy dessert I can whip up on whim if needed!

Ingredients

  • Package of Oreos (you will need around 36 total cookies)

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

1. To make the crust, crush around 20 Oreos and combine with the melted butter. I did this directly in the round pan. Press down and place in refrigerator to firm.

2. In a bowl, use a mixer to combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form.

3. In a separate bowl, use a mixer to combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.

4. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Crush the rest of the Oreos and add them to the mixture until well combined.

5. Spread the filling into the crust and let set in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Serve.

**You can get fancy and add whipped cream and halved Oreos on top too!
