BBQ Nachos
So after making BBQ Nachos at home, I really questioned why it took me so long to make this. It is really simple, and it tastes delicious. It reminds me a lot of the BBQ Nachos we get when we go to college football games. I used shredded chicken because of my pork allergy, but you could use any meat you prefer!
Ingredients
Shredded Meat
BBQ Sauce
Tortilla Chips
Shredded Cheese
Toppings of your choice (I did a sour cream/lime juice mixture and onions)
Instructions
1. Shred your meat and heat it up along with your BBQ sauce. This makes the BBQ sauce easier to spread.
2. On a cookie sheet layer your nachos. We did chips, cheese, chicken, BBQ sauce, and more cheese. Brad isnβt a fan of BBQ sauce on his chips, so I only did half with the BBQ sauce.
3. Broil until the cheese is melted to your liking.
**Extra topping recipe. Mix together one part sour cream to one part lime juice for a delicious topping!
4. Serve!
