So after making BBQ Nachos at home, I really questioned why it took me so long to make this. It is really simple, and it tastes delicious. It reminds me a lot of the BBQ Nachos we get when we go to college football games. I used shredded chicken because of my pork allergy, but you could use any meat you prefer!

Ingredients

  • Shredded Meat

  • BBQ Sauce

  • Tortilla Chips

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Toppings of your choice (I did a sour cream/lime juice mixture and onions)

Instructions

1. Shred your meat and heat it up along with your BBQ sauce. This makes the BBQ sauce easier to spread.

2. On a cookie sheet layer your nachos. We did chips, cheese, chicken, BBQ sauce, and more cheese. Brad isn’t a fan of BBQ sauce on his chips, so I only did half with the BBQ sauce.

3. Broil until the cheese is melted to your liking.

**Extra topping recipe. Mix together one part sour cream to one part lime juice for a delicious topping!

4. Serve!
