Pandemic Legacy Season Two February

Pandemic Legacy Season Two February

So now that we lost all of January, we are moving onto the start of February. With that comes new cards from the Legacy Deck.

So the first card up was this perimeter report. And since we failed so miserably in January, we never opened door 66, so we had to scratch this off and open up package 1.

Below are the sealed contents of Box 1.

We had to destroy this card per the perimeter report above, but I did take a picture of it. The way unrationed event cards work…they go into your player deck every game until you use it. Once it is used, it is destroyed.

Below is door 66. It contains more cities for us to place on the board.

Adding this automatically added Chicago to the board (you can see the line on the sticker above if you look closely).

We also opened up door L. This gave us a new action called the search action. When we used this action, we could scratch off one box on select city cards. You can see in the player card for Chicago above it has a search box. This large sticker gets added to the rule book, and the individual ones get added to each persons’ action card.

Another new action we received was establish supply line action. So Chicago was automatically added to the board via supply line, but if you wanted to add any other city, you had to spend 2 supply cubes while in a city you want to connect to the new city. We received a sticker for the rule book and our action cards that you can see below.

So we did receive some new scars as options if needed. Then we read our journal entry and a letter from the archives.

And for February we now have a new objective along with our other two objectives. You can see that below. We are still only required to complete 2 in February though.

Below are the impacts on each city from the supply centers and plague cubes.

  • Sao Paulo -1 (0)

  • Chicago +1 (3)

  • Jacksonville 0 (2)

  • Istanbul -1 (1)

  • Cairo +1 (5)

We now went through the Legacy Deck again. We received some new game end upgrades.

We also received 3 new Rationed Event cards for use in future games.

And now we are dealing with cities who have a population of 0. We received more information about said cities. They are now considered forsaken cities and come with a lot of rules. One sticker went onto the game board to remind us as well as another in the rule book.

And then we found out about infested cities. This is key when making your move throughout the board. And once a city is infested it remains that way forever…

We received 5 Production Units. We used 3 for a Permanent Supply Center-Cairo. We used 2 to increase population of Sao Paulo to 1
