Egg and Cream Cheese Wrap

This is another Noom recipe that I have adjusted each time I make it to work with whatever ingredients I have on hand. It is delicious and gives you another egg option if you love eggs like me! This isn’t exactly the recipe you would find with Noom though. I have made a few changes for my taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg and 1 egg white beaten

  • 1-2 tablespoons herb cream cheese spread (I usually use close to 1)

  • 2 tablespoons of fat free cheddar (if fat is not a concern, full fat will melt better)

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion (or regular onion if you don’t have green onions)

  • 1 tablespoon salsa

  • A wrap (I use whatever is on hand - I have used Lavash wraps, whole wheat wraps, or you can use a regular tortilla)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350. In a warmed skillet, add the eggs and scramble until cooked.

2. On the wrap, spread the cream cheese spread, then add the eggs, cheese, green onion, and salsa. Roll it up and heat in the oven for 3 minutes or until heated through.

3. Serve!
