Baked Scallops with Herbs and White Wine
I found this recipe from Noom’s app. We love scallops and just don’t cook them often. This recipe is exceptionally easy and foolproof.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 pound scallops, rinsed and patted dry
1 tablespoon white cooking white
pepper
parsley
Instructions
1. Grease a shallow baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter. Add scallops. Sprinkle scallops with pepper and wine. Dot each scallop with the remaining butter.
2. Bake for 7-8 minuets at 500. Sprinkle with parsley.
3. Serve!
