Winter Stitch Fix

Winter Stitch Fix

Winter Stitch Fix.jpg

I received my winter stitch fix earlier this month. One of my requests was to receive clothes that I could easily work out in but also transition to carlines and errands. I think my stylist did a great job with my picks this month, and they were really on point with my request. Check them out below!

First up are these plum running leggings. As you can see they have pockets which are great since none of my other leggings do. They are also a unique color that will go with all the things in this fix. Below I am wearing them with a workout top that I already own, but in the next grouping you will see me wearing them with a dressier top. They are exceptional pricey at $79 though. The fit was just ok. They were actually a little big. While they fit ok now, with my weight loss continuing, they won’t last me too much longer. And on top of that, the price is just too much to not last. I did try to exchange them for a smaller size, but unfortunately they did not have any. So I ended up returning them.

Next is the cowl neck knit top. I do wish in the picture I had fixed the strings, ha. Below you will see it paired with both leggings and jeans. This top fit great and also is a great piece to transition from working out to going out. It is really soft and is also light enough to last into late spring too. At a price of $42, it is reasonable. I ended up keeping it.

Below you will see the Disha High Low Tunic. This tunic is slightly longer in the back in case you cannot tell. Again, I paired it with jeans and leggings (the leggings also came in this box). It is another great transitional piece from workouts to going out. It was really soft, but I didn’t LOVE the material. It looks like it would easily tear. I did consider keeping it if I could exchange it. It was too big all over. But just like the leggings above, they did not have a smaller size available. So I ultimately returned it.

Next up are the high wasted black leggings. They have pockets just like the ones above which were a bonus. The price point was a bit more reasonable at $58. These fit much better than the purple ones. I decided to keep these since they fit better and have pockets.

The last item was a pair of New Balance shoes. These shoes were really cute, but if you notice in the first picture in the purple leggings, I just bought new shoes less than a month ago. I bought new shoes to help with my tendonitis in my feet. Well on top of me just buying new shoes, they were too tight on the top of my feet. I ultimately decided to return them.

I really wanted to keep everything. I think if I could have exchanged the yellow top and purple leggings for smaller sizes, I would have kept the shoes. I likely could have broken them in more and the 25% savings would have made them fairly cheap. But it just did not make sense to keep the clothes since they were too big, so the shoes went back too. This was by far my favorite box, but not being able to exchange the clothes was really disappointing. I really wish they would not send you things that they did not have available in more sizes. But such is life!

I also had a help during my “modeling” session!

And in case you want to look back, here is my first stitch fix and my fall stitch fix.
