Santa Hat Cupcakes
Ingredients
- Cupcake Mix
- White cupcake liners
- White Icing
- Package of Strawberries
- Mini-marshmallows
Instructions
Step One: Make cupcakes per your cupcake mix instructions. Make sure to utilize the white cupcake liners during the process. This works best if you make the larger cupcakes (12 cupcake pan size).
Step Two: While cupcakes are baking and/or cooling, cut the stems off the strawberries. You will want to use the most cone shaped strawberries that you have. Make sure to have one strawberry for each cupcake you made.
Step Three: Count out enough mini-marshmallows for each cupcake. On one end, poke a hole in the marshmallow with a knife.
Step Four: After cupcakes have cooled, ice the cupcakes leaving a spot in the center without icing.
Step Five: Top the cupcake with the strawberry.
Step Six: Add the marshmallow on top of the strawberry. If it helps, you can add a little icing to help it stay.
Step Seven: Your Santa hat cupcakes are now complete!
