Easter Bunny Canvas Painting
With all of this time at home, we are crafting like crazy! So I have lots of Easter crafts to squeeze in this week for you. This one is a lot easier if you have something like a Silhouette Cameo. Although with some adhesive vinyl and some scissors, you can likely do something similar that isn’t as precise!
To start you need to cut out a bunny using either scissors or a Silhouette Cameo using adhesive vinyl. I did a bunny with Melody’s initials to be different. Then you will want to attach this to a canvas. I have these thin 5x7 canvases I got from Michael’s a while back. I LOVE these. Now to set things up, I let Melody pick 4 paint colors (use however many you want). For each paint color, I had a cotton ball attached to a clothes pin as the brush. The idea is to make “dots” using the cotton ball. Melody “dabbed” some, but she also smeared.
Once dried, I removed the vinyl, and it was ready to display. I think it turned out super cute and unique!
