Paper Spinners
I found this idea of paper spinners on the Crayola website. Melody is still a bit young to really enjoy playing with them, bu she was able to help with most of the craft.
First you will need some cardboard and paper. Trace a circular object on both the cardboard and paper and cut the circles out. For one paper spinner you will need two of each. Next you will want to color the paper however you want. Then glue the paper to the cardboard.
I used a tool for my Silhouette Cameo, but you will want to poke two small holes on each circle. You will want the holes to be near the center (see below).
Next take string or yarn around 30 inches long and thread through each one. Then tie together.
And spin!
