Spicy Garlic Shrimp
I found this recipe on the Noom app. It was spicy (obviously), but it was really good. I am happy to add another shrimp recipe to our arsenal.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons EVOO
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (I could easily cut this in half next time)
4 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
1. Heat oil over medium heat in a frying pan. Add red pepper flakes and garlic.
2. As the garlic browns, season shrimp with salt and pepper. Then add shrimp to pan. After about a minute, add parsley.
3. Cook until done and serve!
