Gator's Dockside
When we went on our cruise back in April of 2022, we stayed the night before at Homewood Suites in Cape Canaveral. We arrived early enough that we decided to wait and eat nearby. Unfortunately a few places closed early that night, but we stumbled upon Gator’s Dockside.
When we first walked in, we were expected to find out they were closed too. It was fairly empty, so we were unsure. But thankfully they sat us immediately and began filling up as the night continued. We got this fun little view as well. We opted to sit inside, but outside seating was available too.
For an appetizer we had a crab/shrimp dip. I can’t find it on the menu, but it was delicious. For dinner I had the fried shrimp tacos with French fries. I really loved this dish, however, it was so much food it would have been easily splitable. I really loved the sauces it was topped with. My mom got the fried shrimp dinner. All of her food was also really good. I would definitely eat here again if I find myself in Cape Canaveral.
