• Salt
• Potatoes

1. Clean potatoes

2. Thinly slice potatoes.  I used my food processor and the attachment below.

3. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and layer potato slices on it.  Lightly salt.

4. Cook at 375 for 10 minutes or until crispy.
