Mini Taco Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Packages of Athens Mini Fillo Shells
  • 1 Pound of Ground Beef
  • Taco Seasoning Packet
  • Desired Toppings - Sour Cream, Cheese, etc.

Instructions

1.  Follow the instructions on the taco seasoning packet.  We browned the beef, drained the fat, and added 1/3 cup of water and the seasoning.

2. While the taco meat is simmering, bake the shells for about 3-4 minutes.  You want them warm to the touch but not too brown.

3. Fill each shell with taco meat.  We only had two packages of shells and still had taco meat leftover.

4. Top as you desire.  Quick and easy appetizer!  I served with other appetizers as well to make a meal.
