Jul 31 Fruit Display

Last weekend we had a family gathering at my in-law's new house in Memphis. Aunt Beth had a cute fruit display that she gave me permission to share! See below:

Ingredients

1 Large Pineapple (whole)
Extra Fruit (for consumption)

Instructions

1. Cut the pineapple in half.

2. Remove the pineapple from the inside. You can chop this up and serve with the other fruit or eat it later.

3. Now display all the fruit inside of the pineapple! If you are having a dinner party, you could also give each person their own half of a pineapple full of fruit.
