Mac and Cheese
I love homemade Mac and Cheese, but Brad is a fan of the box, powdered Mac and Cheese. Every now and then I will make my version though. Below is the recipe I use.
Ingredients
- Noodles - I use whatever I have on hand, about half a box.
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of flour
- 8 slices of cheese
- 3/4 a cup of milk
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil, add noodles, and cook until tender, drain.
2. Add butter, cheese, milk, flour, and stir until melted. You can add any ingredient as needed.
3. Salt and pepper to taste and serve!
