Buffalo Chicken

Buffalo Chicken

A friend shared this recipe with Brad many years ago.  It is really, really easy.  The chicken itself tastes really good too.  The only struggle I have with this recipe is how to serve the chicken.  I have tried it with salad, wraps (below), and hamburger buns.  So far my favorite is as a salad, but you may like another way!

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts (I used frozen ones)
  • 1 bottle of Frank's hot sauce
  • 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning
  • 1-2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot

2. Sprinkle with dry ranch seasoning

3. Cover with hot sauce

4. Cook on low for 7 hours

5. Using a fork, shred chicken

6. Add butter and stir

7. Let cook for an additional 30 minutes on low

8. Serve!
