Easter Basket 2018
When we bought Melody's Easter basket last year, we did so with the intention of it being her basket forever. So we used it again this year to fill it up with some Easter goodies. Check out everything we filled it with this year below!
So we wanted to give her something Little People like we do for most occasions. A while back at Walmart we found some mini-Disney princess trains. It contained one train piece and a Disney princess. The train was decorated in the style of that princess. They were only around $8 each. Well then we went to Target, and they had a 5 pack containing all of the train pieces for $40. So the price was pretty much break even, but it contained two princesses we had not seen anywhere...Snow White and Princess Tiana. Five were too many for her basket, so we decided to give her two for Easter, and we are going to save the other three for her birthday!
In addition to the two Little People sets (I picked Princess Tiana and Rapunzel), we bought a few other things:
- Book - Curious George at the Zoo (Touch and Feel book)
- Easter Socks
- Color and Shape Flashcards
- Sunglasses
- Magic Minnie Mouse Washcloth
We decided we wouldn't give her candy in her actual basket. Since she should be able to hunt eggs this year, we plan to put candy in those for her!
