Mother's Day 2018
I had a very laid back but great Mother's Day this year.
As soon as I got up, Melody and Brad let me open my presents from them. They got me a cookbook I have been wanting and a bath bomb. [The Apple Watch band was from my parents.]
We went and tried brunch at one of our new favorite restaurants, Brickhouse. It was really great, and I know we will be back for brunch soon.
Melody enjoyed coloring prior to getting our food and even posed for a few pictures.
After brunch, we walked around Providence before heading back for Melody's nap. I was lucky enough to get to take a nap with her which was really nice and relaxing.
After nap time, we went and met my mom and dad for an early dinner. My parents gave me the Apple Watch band above which I really love. I also gave my mom her gift from us. It was a really fun dinner with them, and I am really happy I was able to spend some time with her on Mother's Day.
We came back from dinner and just had a lazy night. Melody took over my phone and played on Instagram by taking some selfies...
All in all, it was a great Mother's Day. I am really blessed with a wonderful baby, husband, and family :)
