Hidden Valley Simply Dinners
I recently discovered this breading kit when scrolling through the Ibotta deals. It looked interesting, and since Brad and I make baked chicken so often, I thought it would be nice to mix things up.
It comes with simple instructions on the back, and the containers make for an easy cleanup.
You simply dip the chicken in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture. I did not pour all of the mixture into the bowl. I only made one chicken breast (I cut it in half), so I knew I would not use it all.
I placed the chicken on a greased baking sheet and baked on 400 for about 30 minutes.
I personally really liked the seasoning mix. It was something different, and the one container lasted us three meals. I would buy this again when we are in a rut for sure!
