Creamy Lemon Chicken
Creamy lemon chicken is a name Brad and I made up for this recipe. This is a recipe he actually got from his mom, and I am not sure of her source. We don't make it enough because I honestly forget about it. We tend to get in a rut and just eat the same things over and over. But this really is a great chicken recipe to have in your back pocket.
Ingredients
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can full of milk
- 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together the soup, milk, and 1 tablespoon of seasoning.
2. Spray a glass baking dish with non-stick spray.
3. Place chicken breast in baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning.
4. Pour soup mixture on top of chicken making sure all of it is covered.
5. Bake at 400 for about 25-30 minutes.
6. Serve!
