Seasons Restaurant
While visiting Chattanooga back in June, we ate at our hotel restaurant Seasons. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. We ate here because it was our arrival evening, and we wanted something quick and easy but semi-nice. So we thought the hotel restaurant would be just that.
It was around 5 when we went downstairs to go eat. There wasn't a hostess of any sort to seat us (which should have been a warning sign!). We asked the guy at the front desk, and he said to sit anywhere and someone would attend to us. Our waitress arrived shortly with the menus and to take our drink orders.
Below are the menus for the restaurant. It was a very bare and basic menu. I was very limited on what I could eat because my doctor didn't want me eating any pork or beef. They didn't have much, but we found things we could eat.
We ordered our meal, then sat and waited. And waited. And waited. In the meantime, I took a few pictures of the area. We were the only people there to eat.
After about 45 minutes, we finally received our food. I ordered the chicken breast. It wasn't bad. I wouldn't go looking for this dish on another menu, but I didn't hate it either. The roasted red pepper sauce was pretty good and went really well with the goat cheese. I would have preferred it not covering the potatoes, but it was still edible.
Brad ordered a burger and fries, and I opted to not take a picture of it. Pretty basic and overcooked in his opinion. I did order Melody fries. And boy that didn't go well. The fries were AWFUL!! The waitress new the fries were for my daughter, but didn't think about warning me of the garlic all over the fries. I assumed they would be the fries from the kids meals (and maybe they were?). But we thought it was cheese all over the fries, but we were mistaken! Brad barely ate his. He isn't a fan of garlic at all.
Overall the meal cost us $45. And it was not quick or great. It was an easy location which was one of our criteria. But I would not eat here again on a future trip. The food wasn't worth the cost, and the wait was definitely not worth it!
