Thanksgiving 2019
Thanksgiving 2019 was one for the books. We celebrated in our new home, and we also able to spend the entire holiday home rather than traveling. It was so relaxing and fun!
To start out the holiday week, Brad’s parents and grandparents came to visit for the weekend. We spent Friday hosting them for dinner and just relaxed. We spent Saturday morning visiting the Space and Rocket Center. He has been over a year since we have been there, and Melody really had fun and was more adventurous. We then did some shopping and had dinner at one of our favorite go to spots with his family, Baumhower’s Wings. On Sunday we had brunch at Grille 29 (our favorite). We had lots of fun and and had lots of hugs!
On Thanksgiving Day itself, my family came to spend Thanksgiving at our house. Melody helped in the kitchen like always. And we enjoyed time with all of my aunts, uncles, and cousins. And we ended the day watching football.
We had such a wonderful first Thanksgiving in our new home!
