Orange Chicken
So I have to be honest, finding new healthy recipes are getting harder and harder. I need food to stay full longer and not feel hungry an hour later. Well I found this recipe and it sounded amazing. I love Asian food, but it is hard to find healthy food because most of what I love is fried. This sounded perfect. BUT I must admit, it doesnβt have enough flavor to me. I may try it again, but use something other than orange juice. We will see.
Ingredients
2 chicken breast
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of flour
2 teaspoons of EVOO
1/4 cup of chicken stock
1/4 cup of orange juice
Instructions
Cut chicken into cubes. In a bowl mix together flour, salt and pepper. Add the chicken and coat chicken well.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
3. Add chicken broth and orange juice. Cook until thickened.
4. Serve!
