Grilled Salmon

So this is a Joanna Gaines recipe that I loved making out of her Magnolia Table cookbook. I did change things up just a little bit, but we loved it! Check it out below.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 salmon fillets

  • 1/2 cup EVOO

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 1/2 tablespoon minced dill

  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt (I used pink because we had it)

Instructions

1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the EVOO, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Then let the salmon marinate in the mixture for at least an hour.

2. Add a tablespoon or two of EVOO to the bottom of a skillet on medium heat. Cook the salmon to your preferred doneness (I like mine well-done).

3. And serve! Easy peasy!
